Please make sure you know whether you are ordering a physical product or a game session.
We are a local store and offer in-store pick-up only, no shipping.
If a transaction needs to be refunded for any reason other than product return, there will be a handling fee charged.
Some items are not refundable and will be indicated as such in their description.
In the case of a session, please make sure you have coordinated with us a day and a time.
Pre-Orders and Special Order Policy
* Special orders may require a deposit of 50%. Full payment is required to enjoy any sort of discount.
* Special orders are not guaranteed. In this current era of distribution we are sometimes allocated below our desired numbers. Orders will be fulfilled in the order in which they were received as paid. If a pre-paid order cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be offered.
* Some items may experience a price change. You will be responsible for any price increases, but will be given the option upon notification of cancelling your pre-order. This will only happen when our cost increases, such as due to tariffs.
* Unpaid for items will be held 7 days from notification of receipt of items. After 7 days they will be returned to inventory, at the discretion of Round Table Games.
* Special orders and preorders are not returnable nor can they be cancelled (unless the price has increased). We have specifically requisitioned the item (s) for you.
Items with a 50% deposit will be held for 30 days from notification of receipt of item. If, after 30 days, we have received no replies to our communications they will be returned to inventory, and the deposit is forfeit.
Prepaid items will be held for 60 days from notification of receipt of item. If, after 60 days, we have received no replies to our communications they will be returned to inventory, and your account will be charged a re-stocking fee equal to our cost for the item.
